The Difference Between Chemistry and Connection
Chemistry can feel like:
-Butterflies
-Intensity
-Anticipation
-Sexual attraction
-Wondering when he’ll call
-Emotional highs and lows
Connection feels like:
-Safety
-Consistency
-Curiosity
-Mutual effort
-Emotional availability
-Being able to be yourself
Chemistry asks: “Do I feel a spark?”
Connection asks: “Do I feel seen, heard, and valued?”
You want both, but a strong spark doesn't always mean a close connection.
Donna Lucarini-Sims
As someone who has settled for less than the love and partnership I truly wanted, I know how lonely that can feel. I now coach women to stop settling for less than what they want in love and start experiencing real connection where they are seen, heard, valued, and prioritized.
