I’m passionate about empowering women to embrace their worth, reconnect with their feminine energy, feel physically healthy in their mind and body, and attract the loving, healthy relationships they deserve. Whether it’s through psychology, modern medicine, Ayurveda, or personal coaching, I’ve dedicated my life to helping women feel their absolute best.

My journey here wasn’t easy... Marriages that ended in divorce ... attracting the wrong for me men over and over.  I felt like a total failure when it came to relationships with male partners and wondered if people thought I was a total trainwreck or just a crazy b*tch. 🤷🏻‍♀

My turning point... another divorce, a cancer diagnosis, midlife body changes that made me feel like I WAS going crazy, and the big question "Is This Going To Be The Rest Of My Life"? 

I wanted to see my daughter finish college, meet my future grandchildren, and have a partner to do life with.

I knew that I needed to make some changes.  I had to dive deep into my own struggles... shame, anxious attachment, people-pleasing habits and beliefs that did NOT serve me well.  The work wasn't always easy—it was raw, uncomfortable, and challenged me to grow—but it was worth it!

Now, I am in the most loving connected marriage where I feel loved, cherished and adored.

You see, I believe that when you’re in a healthy, connected relationship—with yourself first and a partner second—you become unstoppable!  It’s about showing up as your most authentic self, owning your femininity, and unapologetically claiming your desires so that you can get to live your best life with your devoted man!
